The 4th Annual Farm to Table Dinner at Squaw Valley Institute was a night to remember. The beautiful setting of Squaw Valley, surrounded by the majestic Sierra Nevada Mountains, provided the perfect backdrop for the celebration of locally sourced food and culinary innovation. Guests were treated to a delicious meal prepared by the talented chefs at Restaurant Trokay, led by John and Nyna Weatherson.

The evening began with a cocktail reception, where guests mingled and enjoyed drinks while taking in the stunning views of the valley. As the sun set, guests were seated for a multi-course meal featuring the freshest and most delicious ingredients sourced from local farmers and producers. Each course was expertly paired with wines from local wineries, perfectly complementing the flavors of the meal.

Throughout the evening, guests had the opportunity to meet and talk with the chefs, farmers, and producers who had contributed to the meal. The intimate setting allowed for meaningful conversations and a deeper understanding of the importance of supporting local agriculture and sustainable food practices.
